Reiki £35

A relaxing treatment with origins in Japan and works on the body’s energy system. This lasts approximately 1 hour. Sometimes called Reiki massage however there is no massage involved. Reiki is more of an experience than an explanation.

Foot Reflexology £45

An hour-long treatment which focuses on the manipulation of points on the feet. Points which correspond with different areas of the body. A relaxing experience that promotes well-being. It can aid relaxation, tension release, sleep and mood improvement.

Reflexology with Reiki £45

Around 30 minutes of Reflexology followed by around 30 minutes of Reiki.

Aromareflex £55

Following a short consultation, a blend of essential oil-infused cream will be tailored for the client’s needs and used in a reflexology treatment which lasts approximately an hour. This treatment also includes a 30ml pot of the selected cream for the client to take away with them.

Power Foot Reflexology _{currently not available}

A 20-30 minute long treatment which focuses on the manipulation of points on the feet. This particular treatment was taught to Clare by the London School of Reflexology and can focus on balancing the chakras via their direct positioning on the feet or targeting key reflexes which will be determined prior to treatment by a 5 minute consultation.
