Aromareflex
In 2021 Clare trained with The Gaia School of Natural Health in Aromareflex which is an AOR approved training course. She is trained in the use of 12 essential oils. This treatment is in essence a reflexology treatment lasting approximately 1 hour which involves a consultation to determine which ailments clients would like to target through the use of reflexology with aromatherapy. A tailor-made cream will be created using 3 of the chosen oils and a 30ml pot will be provided to customers to take away with them and apply on a daily basis.
Oncology for Reflexology and Reiki
In 2021 Clare trained in Complementary Therapies in Oncology for Reflexology and Reiki. This was through Butterfly Touch Therapies Training which was created from the award-winning Cancer Care Workshop and is also AOR approved. Through this training Clare can provide both reflexology and reiki to those living with cancer be that somebody diagnosed with the illness or a person supporting somebody through their illness. These treatments have been adapted specifically to the client’s physical and emotional needs taking into consideration all contraindications.
Reflexology and Halotherapy

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage has its origins in the ancient system of Ayurveda medicine and focuses on the cleansing of the upper chakras. A relaxing holistic treatment that uses accupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders, it aims to rebalance the body’s energies.
This treatment lasts 30 minutes.
